一包有4-6塊牛肋排。每個立方體大約5 x 5 x 7厘米。

At Aussie Meat - Our fresh and chilled hormone-free grain-fed US Certified USDA Black Angus Beef Short Rib Cubes are delicious anytime, favourites among our Chinese food lovers. 

There are 4 - 6 beef short ribs cubes in a pack.  Approximately, 5 x 5 x 7 cm per cube.

Try Smoking your Beef Ribs for a few hours, with a touch of Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper... this will make your Beef ribs not only tender but also very flavourful, it will just feel in your mouth with your favourite dipping sauce or try easy oven baked BBQ beef ribs that are well-seasoned to the bone, slowly baked, tender, juicy and fall off the bone to perfection.

Our butchers cut to order as accurately as possible but there may be a +/-10% variance.  Our products are snap-frozen to maintain their texture and flavour and for ease of transport across Hong Kong.

When Butchering from the Primal Cut the individual steaks may vary in size and thickness to meet the weight specification.
