Carlei Estate and Carlei Green Vineyards is an award winning organic and biodynamic winery by Sergio Carlei. Carlei Wines is committed to sustainable agricultural practices and natural winemaking practices. Their vineyard in Upper Beaconsfield is certified Organic, and their aim is to have all their vineyards certified organic, or using organic farming methods.

卡利酒莊 Carlei Green Vineyards 成立於1990年，並於1994年正式對外發售葡萄酒。卡利酒莊成立20多年來，曾11次獲得James Halliday五星級的評級。

酒莊的葡萄主要來自於維多利亞州的12處經過精心挑選的優質葡萄園，葡萄採摘後，送往位於Upper Beaconsfield的酒莊進行釀製。每一處葡萄園所栽種的葡萄品種都經過精心的挑選，包括灰比諾、霞多麗、黑比諾、西拉、赤霞珠，以及一些非常出名的意大利品種，如內比奧羅、桑嬌維塞和巴貝拉，這些葡萄所產出的葡萄酒都非常出色。

卡利酒莊自1996年至今一直獲得有機和生物動力學雙認證，在澳大利亞能獲得此認證的酒莊非常稀少，雙認證的獲得是卡利酒莊追求以自然的方式進行栽培和釀酒理念的最佳體現。

Carlei Estate Vat 58 Shiraz 

VAT 58 Shiraz is a selection of premium parcels of fruit mainly from our cool climate vineyards in Australia. Traditional fermentation and barrel maturing prior to bottling has created a wine of complexity and distinction.

Tasting Note:

A blend of premium vineyards sites across Victoria - with a large portion coming from Heathcote vineyards. A bit more full-bodied than the VAT 9 with hints of oak complimented by black fruit, plum, blackberry, and soft mellow tannin.

呈現明亮璀璨的紅寶石色，果香優雅迷人，而且富有層次感讓人陶醉，散發著成熟甜美紅色水果及黑色夾雜的氣息、伴有黑櫻桃、藍莓，薄荷及紅花的味道、令人喜愛。 酒入口甜潤甘美，酸度愉悅生津爽口，單寧絲滑柔順。 酒體中等，多汁飽滿令人喜歡，收尾乾淨爽潔。 回味持久悠長。 整體結構優雅平衡、品質出色。
