It comes from the most highly sought-after beef cattle breed, the AUSTRALIAN SHORTHORN, which is highly acclaimed and has received multiple accolades in various Australian culinary and cattle competitions. The meat quality of our Australian Shorthorn surpasses other prime beef.

The story begins in the North East of England in the 18th century. The special breeding programme give rise to the Shorthorn, one of the most highly sought-after beef cattle breeds. Today’s Shorthorn cattle are noted for their excellent maternal abilities, temperament, growth and meat quality, particularly marbling.

It utilises grain finishing expertise and state-of-the-art processing facilities to deliver you a unique beef product after 130 days of grain-feeding with an exquisite tenderness and flavour, that would put it at home on any menu around the world. It is produced to meet vigorous and exacting high levels of food safety and handled after shipment to Hong Kong in registered Food Factory, thus ensuring this product is clean, safe and healthy. It is not necessary to clean the beef with water before cooking. Just mob up the excess blood and fluid with paper towel.
